The Expedition-APPP and PATH are a suite of psychological training and treatment programs originally designed for use by astronauts on long-duration spaceflights.
The application contains material to help you resolve conflicts, manage stress, and improve your mood.
It includes interactive training, self-assessment tools, books, manuals, and interviews.
How To Use This Program
Select one of the unique options for using this program:
The Stress and Mood programs are designed to guide the user through the material session by session. Start with the first session in the stress program or at the beginning of the mood program and follow the instructions to move through.
Your healthcare provider can guide you with recommendations to do specific sections.
Self assessments will ask you a series of questions and guide you to appropriate content within the program.
This program is structured to provide guided instruction but you can also browse for relevant content on your own.
